Tamsolin-S Tablets

Tamsolin-S – Dual-Action Relief for BPH Symptoms

Tamsolin-S is a specialized combination medication containing Tamsulosin HCl and Solifenacin succinate, designed for men suffering from complex urinary symptoms. It is specifically indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe storage and voiding symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This medication is typically used when patients are not responding adequately to single-drug therapy (monotherapy). The Tamsulosin component (an alpha-blocker) helps relax the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow and voiding. The Solifenacin component (an anti-muscarinic) helps relax the bladder wall to address storage symptoms such as sudden urgency and increased frequency. Together, they provide a comprehensive approach to both the obstruction and the overactivity caused by an enlarged prostate. This dual-action treatment significantly improves the patient's overall urinary comfort and daily quality of life. The single daily tablet offers a convenient way for men to manage multiple BPH symptoms simultaneously with high efficacy.

  • Treats moderate to severe storage and voiding symptoms of BPH.
  • Combines an alpha-blocker with an anti-muscarinic agent.
  • Used when monotherapy provides insufficient relief.
  • Available as: Tablets 0.4mg + 6mg.
