It is highly effective for upper respiratory infections like sinusitis, pharyngitis, and tonsillitis, as well as lower respiratory tract infections including bronchitis and pneumonia. The suspension also manages skin and soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections such as cystitis, and gastrointestinal infections like bacillary dysentery. The liquid format allows for flexible and accurate dosing based on body weight, making it a reliable tool for pediatric and geriatric care.
